                                    1) Operator, licence, and scope

                                    In these Terms, “Wazbee”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator and platform management. “You” refers to the player and registered account holder.

                                    These Terms apply to use on desktop, mobile browsers, and any supported downloadable application, where available.

                                    2) Updates and language

                                    This is Version 1.15, last updated January 6, 2026. We may update the Terms when needed. If changes are made, we will notify you before the new version takes effect. If you continue using the platform after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

                                    If translations are provided, they are for convenience. The English version is the legal basis in case of any discrepancy.

                                    • You must be 18+ to register and play. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the legal gambling age in your location.

                                    • You must ensure online gambling is legal where you are located and that you are allowed to access these services.

                                    • Access is restricted in certain jurisdictions. If your country or territory is restricted, you must not create an account or use the platform.

                                    4) One account rule and fair play

                                    5) Registration, verification, and accurate information

                                    You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal details. If your details change, you must update them before depositing.

                                    Wazbee may request verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Verification can include identity, proof of address, and payment method checks. In some cases, video verification may be requested.

                                    If we reasonably suspect false details or fraud, we may restrict or block the account and void winnings. Funds may be confiscated where permitted by the rules and applicable law.

                                    6) Account security and communications

                                    You must keep your login credentials private. Any transactions made with correct login details may be treated as valid. If you believe your account is compromised, you must contact support immediately.

                                    Wazbee may contact you by email for service notices and marketing. Official emails are stated to come from domains ending with:

                                    • @wazbee.com

                                    • @wazbee.net

                                    If a message looks suspicious or uses a look-alike domain, treat it with caution.

                                    7) Deposits and account currency

                                    • You must deposit at least the minimum amount shown in the cashier for the method you choose.

                                    • Deposits must use payment instruments that belong to you and are legally issued.

                                    • Deposit fees may apply depending on the method and are shown during the deposit process.

                                    • Depositing below the minimum for a specific method may result in loss of the transferred funds.

                                    Your account currency is selected during registration and cannot be changed later. Winnings are paid in your account currency.

                                    Chargebacks are treated seriously. If a payment provider notifies us of a chargeback on a deposit that funded play, the account may be blocked and a chargeback amount and penalty may be applied as described in the platform rules.

                                    8) Withdrawals, limits, and checks

                                    Withdrawal availability and methods are shown inside the cashier. Withdrawals are paid only to the verified account holder and generally to the last deposit method or an approved alternative method.

                                    Withdrawal limits may depend on the method used for depositing. The platform describes typical caps such as:

                                    Tournament and promotion rules can exclude certain games or providers and can void results where unfair advantage, fraud, or bonus abuse is suspected.

                                    Sports betting is available through the official platform interfaces. Key principles described include:

                                    • A bet is valid once accepted and recorded by the system.

                                    • Odds can change; the odds confirmed at placement apply.

                                    • Clear errors (“palpable errors”) or technical faults may result in bets being voided or settled at corrected terms.

                                    • Wazbee may refuse bets without giving a reason.

                                    • Automation, bots, scripts, and unfair tools are forbidden. Detected use can lead to voided bets, withheld winnings, and account closure.

                                    • Where available, Cash Out is optional and not guaranteed for all bets.

                                    • Sports bonuses and free bets follow specific requirements shown in each offer, including minimum odds rules and limits on winnings.

                                    12) Provider and game availability

                                    Some games or providers may be unavailable in certain regions due to legal or supplier rules. Wazbee may restrict access to specific providers or titles to comply with these requirements.

                                    13) Responsible gaming and self-exclusion

                                    Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. If you want to limit play, you can request voluntary restrictions or self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, the account cannot be reopened until the chosen period ends. You should set limits that match your budget and time, avoid chasing losses, and seek help early if play stops feeling controlled.

                                    14) Complaints and support

Claims about transactions should be raised as soon as possible and no later than the time limits described in the rules. Abusive communication toward staff is not tolerated and can lead to account termination.

                                    15) Intellectual property and platform use

                                    The Wazbee name, logo, software, and platform content are protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform materials without permission.

                                    16) Liability and termination

                                    You use the services at your own risk. The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. If you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, we may restrict, suspend, or close your account and void bets, bonuses, deposits, and winnings where allowed by the rules and applicable law.

                                    17) Governing law

                                    For participation in games, the applicable law is stated as the law of Curaçao. For payment collection and transactions, the applicable law is stated as the law of Cyprus. Disputes are handled in the jurisdictions described in the platform rules.
